Kylian Mbappé scored a hat-trick as Real Madrid crushed Kairat 5-0 in Kazakhstan to claim their second straight Champions League victory.

Eduardo Camavinga and Brahim Díaz completed the rout. “The important thing is the team won,” Mbappé said.

In Turin, Juventus were held 1-1 by Benfica. Ángel Di María gave the Italians the lead before Rafa Silva equalized midway through the second half.

“We should have killed the game earlier,” admitted Juve coach Massimiliano Allegri.
