Taylor Swift has announced her 12th studio album, “The Life of a Showgirl.”
The American pop star made the announcement early Tuesday on a podcast by her boyfriend, American football player Travis Kelce.
The singer’s website is also allowing pre-orders for the album before Oct. 13, although it specifies that “this is not the release date,” which has yet to be confirmed.
In the video posted on social media, Taylor Swift appears with her boyfriend on the podcast, “New Heights Show,” which he hosts with his brother Jason.
“This is my brand new album,” the singer says after taking out a mint green briefcase with her initials (TS) written in orange.
Swift is expected to share more details about the new album in upcoming episodes of the podcast.
“The Life of a Showgirl” is Swift’s first album since the end of her Eras Tour.
