Latina Civic PAC will hold its 2025 Annual Event recognizing leaders who are driving the political power of Latinas
Trenton, NJ –
Latina Civic PAC is pleased to invite the community to its 2025 Annual Celebration , which will take place on Monday, December 1 , from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm , at the Rutgers Club , located at 85 Avenue E, Piscataway, New Jersey .
This annual event brings together leaders, advocates, and allies dedicated to strengthening the civic and political participation of Latinas across New Jersey. During the celebration, Latina Civic PAC will honor four outstanding individuals whose leadership, commitment, and service have made a profound and lasting impact on the representation of Latinas in elected office and appointments, benefiting our communities and the state.

Honorable People in 2025
- Latin Pioneer Award: Deana Gunn , Laborers’ International Union of North America (LiUNA)
- Comadre Award: Alex Ball , campaign manager, Mikey Sherrill for governor.
- Compadre Award: LeRoy Jones , chairman of the New Jersey Democratic State Committee and chairman of the Essex County Democratic Committee
- Outstanding Latina Award: Vereliz Santana , Director of Latino Vote, New Jersey Victory and Vice President of the Newark Board of Education.
