Shooting leaves 3 dead in Levittown!


New York, Mar 16 (EFE) –

United States authorities reported three dead in shootings Saturday morning in Levittown, near Philadelphia; the perpetrator fled in a stolen vehicle, found later in New Jersey were he is barricaded in a house in Trenton.

Andre Gordon, 26, allegedly killed his stepmother, 52, his sister, 13, and the mother of his two children, 25, in a residential community in Falls Township, Bucks County Prosecutor Jennifer Schorn said at a press conference.

According to the prosecutor, there were more people in the two houses than the victims and they survived by hiding, but one was wounded.

Around 9 am local time, the attacker drove to the apartment blocks in a stolen vehicle, then switched to another car after he robbed it from an unknown man at gunpoint in a parking lot, ABC 6 reported.

The owner of the stolen vehicle the suspect fled in was unharmed, and no other victims have been reported so far.

The authorities found the getaway car nearly three hours later in Trenton, New Jersey.

Authorities near Levittown took security measures because of the shooting: Bucks County canceled its St. Patrick’s Day parade and the town of Falls Township, which received the first emergency calls, asked residents to shelter in place. EFE
