Today marks the official launch of Conexión Strategies, a bilingual (English & Spanish) communications, marketing, and community engagement agency dedicated to helping organizations strengthen their outreach and deepen connections across New Jersey’s diverse communities.
New Jersey’s Latino population continues to grow, now representing more than 22% of the state’s residents — over 2 million people. Yet communications, outreach, and engagement efforts often fail to reflect this diversity. Conexión Strategies was created to help close that gap by delivering culturally grounded, bilingual strategies that build trust and strengthen community connection.
Founded by Marelyn Rivera, a seasoned communications strategist with over a decade of experience in public affairs, community engagement, and cross-sector partnerships, Conexión Strategies specializes in messaging and strategies rooted in lived experience and cultural fluency.
