
8 More Killed by US Military in Colombia’s Pacific Coast!

The United States on Monday carried out strikes against three vessels allegedly operated by drug traffickers in the Eastern Pacific, near Colombia.
Eight crew members were killed in the attacks, according to the US Southern Command on X, which included video footage of the operation ordered by Secretary of War Pete Hegseth.

It claimed, as it does each time, that intelligence confirmed that the vessels were traveling along known drug trafficking routes and were actively involved in engaged in narco-trafficking.
“A total of eight male narco-terrorists were killed during these actions—three in the first vessel, two in the second and three in the third,” it said.

The operation is part of Joint Task Force Southern Spear, the strategic objective of which is to disrupt the flow of narcotics and neutralUS kills eight people in attacks against three vessels near Colombiaize terrorist threats that use maritime routes for their illicit activities.
The new attacks come as US President Donald Trump has repeatedly stated that he will begin ground operations in Venezuela, justifying them as necessary to eradicate drug trafficking operations.

Last week, Trump asserted that Colombian President Gustavo Petro was “next,” referring to the pressure campaign he is waging against Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro.

The US military deployment in international waters has resulted in the destruction of more than 26 vessels and approximately 90 deaths.
US claims that it is striking only drug trafficking boats has been disputed by some families of victims and others. EFE
