Julión cancels a concert after visa is revoked.
Miami, May 23 (EFE).-
Mexican singer Julión Álvarez announced that he was postponing a concert scheduled for Saturday in the city of Arlington, Texas, because his work visa was revoked and he could not enter the US on Friday.

In a video on Instagram, the artist explained that his work visa as well as those of his team were canceled.
In a previous statement, he had said that he “could not enter the United States in time for the event” due to “unforeseen circumstances.”
Julión Álvarez and his Norteño Band, along with promoters CMN and Copar Music, said in the statement that the concert at the AT&T Stadium had been postponed.

“With nearly 50,000 tickets sold, this sold-out show promised to be an unforgettable night for fans,” the statement said.
Both CMN and Copar Music, together with the singer’s team, are actively working to reschedule the concert as soon as possible, according to the statement.
All previously purchased tickets will be valid for the new show, it added.
“Julión Álvarez thanks you from the bottom of his heart for your patience and continued support, and looks forward to reuniting with his fans in Texas very soon,” the statement said. EFE ims/pd
