Al Hilal Vs Fluminense @ CWC 4 Final!
Orlando, United States, Jun 30 (EFE).-
Saudi Arabia’s Al Hilal pulled off a surprise victory Monday, beating Manchester City 4-3 after extra time at the Camping World Stadium in Orlando to advance to the Club World Cup quarterfinals.

The two teams went into extra time after a 2-2 draw in the ninety minutes, when Erling Haaland equalized for City after Al Hilal had taken a 2-1 lead with goals from Marcos Leonardo and Malcom.

In extra time, Al Hilal regained the lead with a goal from Kalidou Koulibaly from a corner, Phil Foden equalized for City and Marcos Leonardo completed his personal double in the 113th minute to give the Saudi side an unexpected place in the quarterfinals, where they will play Fluminense.

Fluminense, a team brimming with experience and a guerrilla spirit, surprised this year’s Champions League finalist Inter Milan and beat them 0-2 in Charlotte, becoming the second Brazilian team to contest the quarterfinals.
The Inter players finished the season as they began it, shakily, and, despite the change of coach and the reinforcement signings, still reeling from the thrashing they suffered at the hands of Luis Enrique’s PSG in the Munich final just a month ago. EFE asb/lds
