El Gabinete de Seguridad de M\u00e9xico inform\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles que una de las l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n por el asesinato del creador de contenido C\u00e9sar Gast\u00e9lum, ocurrido la noche del martes en Culiac\u00e1n, estado de Sinaloa, contempla diversas publicaciones difundidas por la v\u00edctima en redes sociales, algunas de ellas con referencias a una facci\u00f3n de un grupo delictivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En una tarjeta informativa, la autoridad federal indic\u00f3 que, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Sinaloa, participa en las investigaciones para esclarecer el homicidio del joven, quien fue atacado a balazos por hombres armados mientras realizaba una transmisi\u00f3n en vivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, precis\u00f3 que las autoridades llevan a cabo el an\u00e1lisis de c\u00e1maras de videovigilancia y otros indicios para identificar y detener a los responsables del ataque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gast\u00e9lum, de 24 a\u00f1os, fue asesinado la noche del martes en el sector Desarrollo Urbano Tres R\u00edos, en Culiac\u00e1n, mientras esperaba un pedido frente a un establecimiento de comida r\u00e1pida. Parte de la agresi\u00f3n qued\u00f3 registrada en la transmisi\u00f3n que realizaba a trav\u00e9s de redes sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aunque hasta el momento no hay personas detenidas ni la Fiscal\u00eda ha determinado un m\u00f3vil, es la primera ocasi\u00f3n en que las autoridades federales revelan una hip\u00f3tesis concreta dentro de las investigaciones del caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El crimen ocurre en medio de la ola de violencia que afecta a Sinaloa desde septiembre de 2024 por la pugna entre facciones del C\u00e1rtel de Sinaloa, enfrentamiento que ha derivado en cientos de homicidios, desapariciones y ataques armados, adem\u00e1s de un reforzamiento permanente de la presencia de fuerzas federales en la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El asesinato de Gast\u00e9lum, quien contaba con m\u00e1s de 500.000 seguidores en Tik Tok, tambi\u00e9n reaviv\u00f3 el debate sobre la exposici\u00f3n de creadores de contenido e influencers en estados con alta presencia del crimen organizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, casos como los de Juan Luis Lagunas Rosales, conocido como ‘El Pirata de Culiac\u00e1n’, asesinado en 2017; Alfredo Villar, ‘El Villano’, en 2022; y la influencer Valeria M\u00e1rquez, asesinada durante una transmisi\u00f3n en vivo en 2025, han evidenciado que la violencia tambi\u00e9n ha alcanzado a figuras con amplia presencia en plataformas digitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La investigaci\u00f3n busca determinar si las publicaciones mencionadas por el Gabinete de Seguridad guardan relaci\u00f3n con el homicidio o si existen otros m\u00f3viles detr\u00e1s del ataque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
