\u201cNo ten\u00eda los cubiertos para cubrir todas las mesas\u201d nos confes\u00f3 la due\u00f1a del restaurante Las Marias de New Brunswick, NJ. Asi fue el comienzo humilde del restaurante Las Mar\u00edas<\/a> de Lupita Nieves y su familia hace nueve a\u00f1os. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin embargo, el martes 9 de junio hubo una celebraci\u00f3n del  cumplea\u00f1os de la inauguraci\u00f3n del restaurante poblano y m\u00e1s importante por haber recibido el premio culinario Sello M de parte del Consulado Mexicano de New Brunswick<\/a>.  El Sello M es un gran reconocimiento culinario internacional que fue lanzado por la Academia Mexicana de Gastronom\u00eda junto a la Secretar\u00eda de Relaciones Exteriores (SRE)<\/a> de M\u00e9xico para certificar la calidad de los restaurantes mexicanos en todo el mundo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En New Jersey solo hay otros dos restaurantes galardonados con el mismo premio Sello M, y\u00a0 uno de ellos es el restaurante El Asadero Mexican Grill<\/a> de Jaime Delgado, quien estuvo presente durante el evento.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el patio del restaurante habia una atm\u00f3sfera de fiesta gastron\u00f3mica con otros restaurantes invitados ofreciendo sus delicias. Pudimos observar el restaurante Taquer\u00eda Basilio; el Sabor Express; los quesos Mi Pueblito; el restaurante de la Cocina de do\u00f1a Chencha y los elotes de Crazy Corns.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
