hol\u00edstica y curativa que descubri\u00f3 tras la desaparici\u00f3n f\u00edsica de su madre a causa del c\u00e1ncer.<br>La chef peruana estadounidense, que creci\u00f3 comiendo los cochifritos, gallinas, anticuchos y ceviches de Do\u00f1a Carmen, tambi\u00e9n quiso compartir ese banquete de amor con los residentes de Fairfield ante la escasez del sabor criollo en la ciudad, y cre\u00f3 hace \u00faltimos d\u00edas de su batalla contra el c\u00e1ncer, me ense\u00f1\u00f3 que no me dejara vencer por nada ni nadie, que debo estar mosca, siempre alerta y buscando mejores oportunidades para mi vida\u201d.<br>\u201cEntonces, aunque parezca sencillo, en cocina los d\u00edas son largos y tienes que trabajar muy fuerte. &#8230; y hasta este d\u00eda, la conexi\u00f3n que tengo con la cocina se ha quedado en m\u00ed.
