Lamentablemente, estos qu\u00edmicos est\u00e1n vinculados con la degradaci\u00f3n del suelo, la p\u00e9rdida de biodiversidad y graves riesgos para la salud humana. El grano local puede dar un impulso significativo a las econom\u00edas regionales, adem\u00e1s de fomentar h\u00e1bitos de alimentaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludables y proteger nuestro medio ambiente, al resguardar el suelo y el agua y al mismo tiempo reducir el da\u00f1o a la vida silvestre.<br><br>Como consumidores, podemos ayudar a dar impulso a este nuevo movimiento buscando granos locales para incorporarlos en nuestra dieta. Intenta conseguir un poco de&nbsp;<strong>einkorn<\/strong>&nbsp;o harina de trigo integral en un mercado agr\u00edcola y ponte creativo en la cocina.
