La mujer que demand\u00f3 a principios de diciembre a los cantantes Jay-Z y Sean \u2018Diddy’ Combs por haberla violado cuando ten\u00eda 13 a\u00f1os puede permanecer en el anonimato, dict\u00f3 este jueves una juez federal de Nueva York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En un documento presentado hoy en el tribunal del distrito sur de Nueva York, la juez Analisa Torres apunta que el relato de la demandante es \u201caltamente sensible\u201d y \u201cde naturaleza extremadamente personal\u201d, por lo que permite que su testimonio siga siendo an\u00f3nimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Torres indica que la mujer, que se identifica con el nombre gen\u00e9rico ‘Jane Doe’, sufre \u201cdepresi\u00f3n y trastorno de estr\u00e9s postraum\u00e1tico\u201d tras la presunta agresi\u00f3n sexual y es \u201cparticularmente vulnerable a los posibles da\u00f1os\u201d que acarrear\u00edan el revelar su identidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La juez se\u00f1ala adem\u00e1s que, seg\u00fan el abogado de la demandante, muchos de sus otros clientes que han presentado demandas similares contra Sean Combs aseguran que han sido amenazados por \u00e9l tras haber expuesto las agresiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No obstante, Torres anota que, m\u00e1s adelante, se le puede exigir a la mujer que revele su identidad debido al \u201cgran inter\u00e9s del p\u00fablico\u201d y a que esto permitir\u00eda a los abogados reunir m\u00e1s pruebas en el caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la demanda, la mujer aleg\u00f3 que, en una fiesta repleta de celebridades, Jay-Z -cuyo nombre real es Shawn Carter- y \u2018Diddy\u2019 le ofrecieron una bebida supuestamente adulterada que la hizo sentirse \u201cmareada\u201d y \u201cdesorientada\u201d, por lo que se dirigi\u00f3 a una habitaci\u00f3n para reposar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poco despu\u00e9s, Combs y Carter entraron en la habitaci\u00f3n, y este \u00faltimo le quit\u00f3 la ropa, la inmoviliz\u00f3 y la viol\u00f3 mientras Combs y otra famosa, una mujer no identificada, la observaban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La demandante aleg\u00f3 que \u2018Diddy\u2019 tambi\u00e9n la viol\u00f3 mientras Carter y la otra mujer miraban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Combs, de 55 a\u00f1os, se enfrenta actualmente a un proceso penal en Nueva York, donde se ha declarado inocente de los cargos de coaccionar y abusar de mujeres durante a\u00f1os, supuestamente con la ayuda de sus empleados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
