Una mujer demand\u00f3 este lunes en Nueva York al rapero Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs y a su guardaespaldas por violarla en 2001 y grabarla sin su consentimiento en un video que posteriormente pusieron a la venta, sum\u00e1ndose as\u00ed a la decena de denuncias por agresi\u00f3n sexual que ha recibido el m\u00fasico este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En la demanda, que llega solo una semana despu\u00e9s de que Diddy fuese imputado por tr\u00e1fico sexual, trata de personas y conspiraci\u00f3n de crimen organizado, la demandante, Thal\u00eda Graves, alega que Combs y su guardaespaldas Joseph Sherman la violaron de manera violenta, la grabaron durante la agresi\u00f3n, mostraron el v\u00eddeo a otras personas e incluso lo pusieron a la venta como pornograf\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Graves, que conoci\u00f3 a Combs cuando ten\u00eda 25 a\u00f1os a trav\u00e9s de su pareja -que trabajaba en el sello discogr\u00e1fico del rapero- alega que en el verano de 2001, el m\u00fasico y Sherman le ofrecieron una copa de vino probablemente adulterada que le hizo perder el conocimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La mujer cuenta que se despert\u00f3 desnuda y con las manos atadas a la espalda en un estudio de Manhattan, donde tanto Combs como Sherman la violaron. Adem\u00e1s, a\u00f1ade que el rapero le golpe\u00f3 la cabeza contra una mesa de billar cuando ella intent\u00f3 resistirse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“(Thal\u00eda Graves) ha dado este valiente paso porque cree que es importante que el p\u00fablico comprenda el impacto que la violaci\u00f3n y otros actos delictivos tienen en las v\u00edctimas, que a menudo no hablan p\u00fablicamente porque se sienten avergonzadas”, expres\u00f3 hoy la abogada de la demandante, Gloria Allred, en una conferencia de prensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ya estaba pasando por un divorcio en el momento de la agresi\u00f3n y no recib\u00ed el apoyo que necesitaba. Tambi\u00e9n me enfrent\u00e9 a la incredulidad y al juicio. Muchas de mis relaciones (de pareja) se volvieron agresivas y abusivas, lo que me ha hecho sentir a\u00fan m\u00e1s sola”, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La demandante asegur\u00f3 que desde la supuesta violaci\u00f3n sufre de estr\u00e9s postraum\u00e1tico, depresi\u00f3n, ansiedad, dolor cr\u00f3nico e incomodidad sexual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
