Es a base de arroz y frijoles, es producto del mestizaje. Combina tres culturas: el frijol (ind\u00edgena), el arroz, (Europa) y la t\u00e9cnica y combinaci\u00f3n ( \u00c1frica).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En casa preferimos, el gallo pinto, antes de comer arroz y frijoles sin combinar, es m\u00e1s delicioso, esto me hizo meditar en \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 esta preferencia? y la raz\u00f3n es el poder que tiene la combinaci\u00f3n, el complemento entre el arroz y los frijoles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\u00ed como con el platillo, hay una riqueza en combinar y complementar, con otros, en el matrimonio, en la iglesia, en el trabajo, en todas las \u00e1reas. No debemos de menospreciar el valor que tiene la diferencia. El que lo hace diferente, el que lo hace mejor, el que tiene m\u00e1s experiencia, el que tiene m\u00e1s co nocimiento. El que tiene un nivel, origen, aspecto, metas o formas, diferentes, puede llegar a ser nuestro mejor complemento, porque lo que a vos te sobra, a otro le falta y viceversa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para ser complementarios se necesita de humildad y dejar la autosuficiencia, hay que reconocer que no somos tan tuanis como creemos a veces y que todos necesitamos en alg\u00fan momento de otros. No nos cerremos a la riqueza de disfrutar de un rico platillo como el gallo pinto, aprendamos a combinar con otros y dejemos que otros combinen con nosotros. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
