de la ciudad de Nueva York que deben desplazarse diariamente a Manhattan por sus empleos, asegur\u00f3 la gobernadora en el video donde hac\u00eda p\u00fablica la medida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El plan relativo al &#8216;peaje de congesti\u00f3n&#8217;
