Before joining Freedom Bank, Rodriguez served as a Service Excellence Manager at Valley Bank,
where she honed her leadership abilities and consistently met her sales and operational targets. She
also brings valuable experience from her roles at Ponce De Leon Federal Bank and TD Bank.
