In the second half, it looked as if Real Madrid would take control of the game, but the tables turned when Vedat Muriqi scored the equalizer in the 53rd minute with a shot from a corner that left Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois with no option.

From then on, the Merengue team did not find much control in the game and scoring chances were few and far between,¿.

Mbappé had one in the 70th minute, but the shot was no problem for goalkeeper Dominik Greif.

Midway through the second half, Mojica came to his team’s rescue, clearing the rebound from a Kylian Mbappé shot that Rodrygo had almost finished.

Despite the short training session, Mojica played the full 90 minutes and continued to play in the opposing half, showing flashes of quality and bringing his veteran skills to bear in the final moments to seal the draw.
